At MIXMVSE, we're pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our clients, ensuring you can enjoy our collections no matter where you are.

Our Courier Partners

All orders are processed and shipped from our base in London and are handled by trusted, major international couriers β€” including DHL Express, UPS and Royal Mail International. We choose the carrier based on your destination to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) β€” Β£4.99, FREE for orders above Β£150
  • European Union: Express Delivery (3–5 business days) β€” calculated at checkout, all UK VAT removed
  • United States: Express International (4–7 business days) β€” calculated at checkout, see US duties section below
  • Canada: Express International (5–8 business days) β€” calculated at checkout, GST/PST/HST and duties payable on delivery
  • South Korea: Express International (5–7 business days) β€” calculated at checkout, see Korea section below
  • Rest of the World: Express International (5–10 business days) β€” calculated at checkout

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Taxes & Duties

UK orders: all prices include UK VAT. No additional charges on delivery.

EU orders: UK VAT is automatically removed at checkout. EU import VAT and any applicable duties are payable on delivery to the courier. Please note: from 1 July 2026, the EU is removing the €150 duty-free threshold on imports β€” orders placed after this date may be subject to additional duty regardless of value.

Shipping to the United States

As of 29 August 2025, the United States ended the $800 de minimis exemption. This means all parcels entering the US are now subject to import duties regardless of order value.

MIXMVSE ships to the US on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • The courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx) will contact you before delivery to collect the duty payment
  • Duties on women's apparel typically range from 10% to 32% of declared value, depending on category and country of manufacture
  • These charges are set by US Customs and are not retained by MIXMVSE

Shipping to South Korea

Korean customs requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) for all imported parcels. This is a free 13-character code (starting with "P") that you can obtain at unipass.customs.go.kr.

Please add your PCCC to the Order notes field at checkout, or email it to us at contact@mixmvse.com after ordering. Without a PCCC, your parcel may be held by Korean customs.

Korean import duties on apparel are typically 8% plus 10% VAT on goods over USD $150.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
